I believe our modern take on the word Evangelical has gotten twisted. The word itself simply means " of or according to the teaching of the gospel or the Christian religion." Perhaps instead of using this word to describe people who are clearly not, we should use the word EXTREMIST. These are the folks that promote behaviors that no religion, whether Christian or otherwise, teaches.
